Homework

Homework is assigned to review and practice concepts we learned in class. Homework will be assigned Monday through Thursday. It is due at the beginning of class the following day. Students who choose not to do their homework will be required to have their parent/guardians sign a “pink slip” and do their homework the following night, or they will have intervention in my class after school until the pink slip and the homework is complete.

Grading Policy

Grades are A, B, C, D, and F. Grades are based on points. (how many points earned / how many points possible) Students are required to maintain a grade sheet with their assignment scores and current grade in the class at all times. Parents should look at it weekly to make sure their child is keeping up with their assignments. In order to keep parents informed of your child’s progress, progress reports will be sent home with your child often. It needs to be signed and returned the following day.
